Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across outlets to ensure smooth functioning, excellent guest service, and adherence to brand standards. The role requires hands-on supervision of teams, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in hotel or restaurant management, and a keen eye for detail in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise and support day-to-day operations across designated outlets.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with company standards and policies.
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate between departments (Kitchen, Service, and Support teams) for seamless workflow.

Team Leadership & Training:

  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.
  • Conduct regular team briefings to ensure communication of goals and updates.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve guest issues.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand experience across outlets.

Financial & Performance Management:

  • Support Operations Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
  • Monitor inventory, wastage, and manpower productivity.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of store operations, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and operational SOPs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
