Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct user research, gather requirements, and create use cases, BRDs, and stories to define product features.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and feedback sessions.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX), Digital customer experience (DCX), Digital Transformation, User Stories, Use Cases, and Customer Journey Mapping concepts.
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital engineering projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
