As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to take our online presence to the next level.

Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow our presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.

Preferred Skills

  • SEO and content marketing knowledge.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
