What you will do:

  • Identify business needs and plan developments in line with network evolutions and operational constraints of the business.
  • Manage the internal performance system IT supplier.
  • Collect supplier documentation for the equipment to be processed.
  • Manage the relationship with the IT supplier for ordering and supporting project execution.
  • Testing / Validation / Signing acceptance reports.
  • Communication with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the single point of entry for all projects related to the core network or service platforms.
  • Update (in coordination with the DevOps team) maintenance procedures for integrated equipment.
  • Master the product (performance solution) to support users and disseminate best practices.
  • Clear reporting on core network activity.
  • Facilitate COPROJ (project coordination committees) and COPIL (steering committees) within the core network scope.
  • Coordinate participants on various projects: flow opening / data collection / analysis of supplier documentation / requirements specification for implementation / planning / testing / production deployment / communication.

Primary Technical Skills :

  • Platforms Core Network (Voice / Data / Sig & PFS) IMS / PFS / VoIP / Signaling / HSS / AAA / SPG
  • Project Methodology Scrum
  • Project Tracking JIRA
  • Test Automation Playwright

Secondary Technical Skills:

  • SQL/TSQL
  • Postman / BRUNO
  • Data Science Python for analysis
  • Excel

Functional skills :

  • Good knowledge of Performance Management domain, particularly core network.

Behavioural Skills:

  • Methodical, rigorous, and result-oriented
  • Project management capabilities

French language mandatory with high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
Location - Bangalore/Noida/Kolkata/Pune/Chennai/Gurgaon

Experience - 12+ years
