Role Overview:-

Were looking for a Sound Engineer who can manage end-to-end audio production — from recording to the final master — across dubbing, podcasts, audiobooks, and promotional content. The ideal candidate blends technical precision with creative sensitivity to deliver clean, balanced, and emotionally rich sound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record, edit, and mix voice and dialogue tracks for dubbing, podcasts, and audiobooks.
  • Operate and maintain studio hardware — microphones, audio interfaces and monitors.
  • Perform audio cleanup, EQ, compression, and mastering to meet platform LUFS standards.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and maintain organized session backups.
  • Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and artists to ensure accurate performances.
  • Utilize AI tools and advanced plugins for sound enhancement, sync, and restoration.

Required Skills & Tools:-

  • Expertise in Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, FL Studio, or Logic Pro X.
  • Strong knowledge of mic placement, recording chains, and interface calibration.
  • Hands-on experience with IZotope RX, Waves, and other professional plugin suites.
  • Proficient in multi-track mixing, LUFS metering, and final delivery specs.
  • Basic understanding of studio setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
