Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily expense entries, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in basic accounting operations. This role requires proficiency in MS Excel, accuracy in data entry, and a strong understanding of basic mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily expense transactions in spreadsheets.
• Maintain and update financial data accurately in Excel.
• Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing petty cash statements and expense reports.
• Support the accounting team in reconciliations and basic bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with other departments for the timely collection and verification of expense data.

Required Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and mathematics.

Qualifications
