About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our product team, where you will play a key role in bridging business needs with digital solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define, refine, and deliver high-value features that align with business objectives.

As a modern Business Analyst, you'll operate in an Agile environment, use Azure DevOps for backlog and requirement management, and help translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine the product backlog — writing clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation in Azure DevOps.
• Engage stakeholders across business units to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Map current and future-state business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement to align teams and clarify scope.
• Partner with developers and testers to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and validated during sprints.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring outcomes meet business needs and quality standards.
• Leverage data and analytics to validate assumptions, measure business outcomes, and support decision-making.
• Continuously improve processes and documentation standards within the agile delivery framework.
• Champion user-centered design and product thinking, ensuring the voice of the business and end users is represented in every stage of development.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, digital product, or enterprise system delivery.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements documentation, and sprint planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business processes to technology solutions.
• Skilled in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements, use cases, and business rules.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement principles.

Must Have Skills:

• Requirements elicitation and documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases).
• Agile / Scrum methodology and experience working in product teams.
• Azure DevOps for backlog management, requirements, and sprint tracking.
• Process mapping and modeling (e.g., BPMN, flow diagrams, or swim lanes).
• Business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of digital product lifecycles and UAT facilitation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SQL for data analysis.

Nice to have Skills:

• Knowledge of UX principles, customer journey mapping, or design thinking.
• Exposure to OKRs / product metrics and performance tracking.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
• Familiarity with automation or AI-driven business solutions
