Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Kolkata for an AI Chatbot & Automation Lead. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of chatbot systems and automation processes. Daily tasks include developing and optimizing automation workflows, performing troubleshooting, designing test cases, and conducting quality assurance. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI-powered solutions across business processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Process Automation and Automation
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Experience in creating and executing Test Cases
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance to ensure high standards of system functionality
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams for seamless project execution
  • Knowledge of AI-driven tools and systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
