We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic social-first Copywriter: someone who's relentlessly curious about people, technology, brands and pop culture. This role requires one to be a proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, passion for writing, emerging technologies and a deep understanding of buyer behaviour and advertising trends.

Role Description

We're looking for a full-time on-site Junior Copywriter to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you'll be an Individual Contributor at the forefront of developing branding projects, designing digital marketing campaigns and social media calendars for our national and international clients across the Real Estate, Healthcare, eCommerce, B2B, Wellness and Lifestyle verticals. You'll collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver world-class brandcom projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduates in Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism or other industry-relevant degrees.
  • 0-3 years of experience in branding and communication.
  • A strong portfolio that shows your potential.
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with a team that values creativity and excellence.
  • A proactive attitude and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • A future-ready mindset with a bring-it-on attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely execution, adherence to brand voice, and high creative standards.
  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date on advertising trends, platform best practices, and competitor activity.
  • Adapting and optimising content based on performance data and audience insights.
  • Collaborating with client servicing and design teams to develop cohesive and impactful social campaigns.
  • Present concepts and final deliverables to clients.
  • Collaborate with client servicing team and creative staff, from concept development to delivery of final product.
