Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Videographer. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that captures the essence of events hosted at VGP Heritage Venues. Day-to-day tasks include recording events, creating promotional footage, editing raw videos, incorporating elements like audio, graphics, and special effects, and collaborating closely with the marketing and event teams to ensure the videos align with brand guidelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in video production tools including video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and camera operation
  • Knowledge of advanced video editing techniques, visual effects, and audio mixing
  • Experience in pre-production planning, storyboarding, and script coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills to produce engaging and visually appealing videos
  • Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work on-site at event locations
  • Portfolio showcasing videography and editing projects
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred
