Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Stringer, based in Ahmedabad. The Stringer will be responsible for assembling and stringing solar cell strings, conducting quality checks on assembled strings, maintaining the stringing machine, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Daily tasks include operational activities within the production line, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in solar cell stringing or similar manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining stringing machines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Understanding of safety procedures and protocols within a manufacturing setup
  • Ability to work in a team and possess good communication skills
  • Basic technical skills and understanding of solar technology
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is a plus
