Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palakkad for an Aviation Faculty position. The role involves developing and delivering high-quality educational material, conducting classes, and providing guidance to aspiring aviation professionals. Responsibilities include preparing lessons, assessing students' performance, training them in essential aviation skills, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to fostering a professional and disciplined learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in aviation and knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Exceptional teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
• Proficiency in curriculum development and adopting innovative teaching methodologies
• Professional experience in the aviation industry or a related field is highly desirable
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Aviation or related disciplines
• Ability to inspire and engage students in developing practical knowledge and skills
• Commitment to fostering a culture of professionalism, discipline, and collaboration
• Experience or willingness to work with both fresh learners and experienced professionals
• Proficiency in basic computer and presentation tools is an advantage
• Any certification in aviation training or education is a plus
