Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Primary Teacher, located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for implementing thematic, play-based curricula, fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment, and guiding children's social, emotional, and educational development. Key responsibilities include effective delivery of lesson plans, classroom management, and working collaboratively with parents and staff to ensure each child's holistic growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Teaching and Elementary Education methodologies
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and planning age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Education or a related field
  • Passion for working with young children, and an understanding of early childhood development
  • Prior experience in structured childcare or preschool environments is a plus
  • Commitment to creating a safe and engaging learning space
