• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure diagnostic content is practical, accurate, and technician-friendly
• Translate complex technical data into actionable fault isolation steps for use in service tools and manuals
• Analyze field feedback and service reports to refine diagnostic strategies and improve first-time fix rates
• Support the creation of technical bulletins, guided diagnostics, and service documentation
• Conduct hands-on testing and simulation of diagnostic workflows to ensure usability and effectiveness
• Provide training and technical support to service teams and aftermarket partners
