Senior Analyst, Lease Admin

A high degree of independence is required on a day to day basis;

Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:

Rental and outgoings reconciliations (for arrears statements)

Basic inbox queries

Adhoc Reporting

Invoicing processing (AP)

Inbox management (triaging)

Liaising with internal and external contacts when required

Inbox management for LA group email

Lease Abstractions instructions through PEGA

DAB Requests

Manage all Lease Administration related landlord queries;

Review Landlord Invoices for accuracy and liaise with landlords;

Rental reconciliations where discrepancy/arrears are apparent

Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required;

Ensuring that the Vendor/Landlord details are maintained as required;

Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are adhered to strictly in accordance with guidelines;

Develop a solid understanding of the lease administration and financial systems which are utilised for the specific client account

Ensure alignment of responsibilities and accountabilities as set within the Lease Admin RACI.

Manage various trackers for data governance and compliance

Perform document management

Strong knowledge of Rent Roll data and reporting and generation

Involvement in data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to time;

Daily Portfolio data review

Complete PEGA daily tasks

Compliance and audit understanding (saving of relevant lease documentation)
