We are seeking an experienced Freelance Healthcare Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the healthcare industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for healthcare positions (doctors, nurses, allied health, and support roles).

• Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

• Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified talent.

• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment

• Strong understanding of healthcare job roles, licensing, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
