We are hiring for dedicated and professional Home Care Staff to provide reliable domestic support services in client homes. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized living environment while ensuring high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily home care tasks such as cleaning utensils, kitchen surfaces, mopping, dusting, and tidying.
  • Carry out weekly and scheduled tasks including door cleaning, balcony railing care, glass window cleaning, cobweb removal, and washroom sanitation.
  • Visit multiple homes per day with each service slot lasting 45–60 minutes
  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly checklists consistently
  • Respond courteously to client requests and ensure a professional approach at all times.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for staff rotation and task allocation as per the digital roster

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in residential cleaning or home care (required).
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in Hindi and English
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
  • High level of personal hygiene and professionalism
  • Strong sense of punctuality, accountability, and discipline
  • Courteous, customer-oriented, and detail-focused
  • Physical stamina to perform daily home care duties effectively
  • Candidate based in vadodara, Gujarat (required)
