Role & responsibilities

* Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our educational courses and identify sales opportunities.

* Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand the professional background, career goals, and educational needs of prospective students.

* Solution Selling: Effectively pitch and present our courses as solutions that align with the potential client's career aspirations and job background.

* Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the sale, to ensure a steady stream of revenue.

* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Result Areas (KRAs) and sales targets. This includes metrics such as call volume, qualified leads, and closed deals.

* Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all courses offered, including curriculum, learning outcomes, and unique selling propositions, to address client questions and concerns.

* Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to share best practices, provide market feedback, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Preferred candidate profile

* Proven Experience: A track record of success in a sales or tele-sales role, with experience in cold calling.

* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

* Resilience & Drive: A strong desire to succeed and the resilience to handle rejection.

* Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information, courses, and sales strategies.

* Team Player: A positive attitude and the willingness to collaborate with a team to achieve collective goals.

* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and objections.

Shift Timings

Full time with 9 hours of working specifically for night after 2 am and day after 1 pm can be divided between day and night
