hands-on technical leadership
role for someone who leads by example, simplifies complexity, and raises the bar across teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the
    Android architecture roadmap
    — modular, scalable, and testable.
  • Design and deliver
    high-performance
    applications using modern patterns (MVVM, MVI, Compose etc).
  • Lead
    cross-team design and code reviews
    , ensuring performance, maintainability, and security.
  • Drive
    CI/CD, observability, and automation
    excellence for fast, reliable releases.
  • Mentor senior engineers, promote #IAmTheOwner culture, and elevate technical standards.
  • Collaborate with backend and platform teams to optimize APIs, performance, and customer experience.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of software experience, 8+ in Android development.
  • Deep fluency in
    Kotlin
    , Jetpack, Coroutines/Flow, and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger).
  • Proven success shipping
    large-scale, production Android apps
    .
  • Expertise in performance profiling, memory management, and benchmarking.
  • Strong grasp of
    Clean Architecture
    , test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Track record of
    technical leadership
    , mentoring, and cross-functional influence.
