Software Development Engineer 4About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Application Developer with over 10 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on native iOS development and experience in Android. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications and drive technical excellence across the mobile team. Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance and scalable mobile applications.

  • Drive iOS development efforts while contributing to Android development as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.

  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.

  • Define and enforce mobile development standards, patterns, and practices.

  • Drive the adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) where applicable to share code across platforms.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional mobile development experience.

  • Strong expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Swift UI).

  • Experience with Android development (Kotlin/Java).

  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex mobile solutions.

  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM).
