Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others? We are looking for someone who can:

• lead and shape the global execution strategy across Equities (High touch, Electronic, Exchange Traded Derivatives) ensuring high-quality trade execution and client satisfaction.
• drive collaboration across Sales Trading, Algo, Quant, Tech, Operations, and Compliance to deliver execution excellence and innovation.
• drive collaboration with teams across multiple regions; support growth and alignment with global initiatives.
• manage relationships with external execution venues, brokers, and counterparties to secure best execution and operational effectiveness.
• guide the development and deployment of execution platforms—including electronic, algorithmic, and hybrid strategies—and integrate advancements in automation and AI.
• maintain strict control of execution-related risk, ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory frameworks.
• regularly report execution performance, strategy, and enhancements to senior leadership as part of strategic planning and business reviews.

Your team

You'll be working in the Equity Sales team in India/ We are client-focused and we offer advisory solutions across single stock, index and futures, by leveraging on the strength of our fundamental research and best in class execution services.

Your expertise

• 15+ years of experience in execution across Equities, ideally with proven leadership of execution teams.
• deep knowledge of High touch salestrading, electronic execution strategies, algorithms, TCA, and market microstructure.
• a record of driving execution platform innovation and transformation initiatives.
• strong capabilities in risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
• a strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement and client-first delivery.
