Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in the Mohali district, is for an IBS Engineer & Rigger. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of in-building solutions (IBS) for telecom networks. Day-to-day tasks include site surveys, preparing installation plans, rigging, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting technical issues as required.
Qualifications
- Experience with the installation, testing, and commissioning of IBS systems
- Rigger experience, including knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Capability to perform site surveys and prepare installation plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Mohali
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the telecom industry is beneficial
