Company: Optic Range is a well-known name in Bangalore for conducting eye camps in corporate. We have conducted more than 3,000 camps in a short span. We are looking for professionals to expand our business in Bangalore.
Summary:
The roles of a Manager - Business development include managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. The Candidate is expected to drive the sales to achieve the target effectively by utilizing the available inventory.
Job Responsibility:
To achieve sales targets and be aligned with company goals.
To mentor the sales team and help them achieve targets.
To be involved full-time in sales and team training & development as well.
To be involved in strategy development for lead generation.
Reporting to the CEO directly.
Passionate about working & growing 10X.
Job Qualification:
Graduate
Good Speaking and Listening skills.
Language: English, Kannada (Mandatory)
Amazing negotiation skills.
Passionate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹44,450.90 per month
