Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift In charge for freshers with a B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. The position is located in Kozhikode. The Shift In charge will be responsible for overseeing the production shifts, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the team, managing resources efficiently, and troubleshooting any mechanical issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications

  • B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Understanding of production processes and mechanical equipment
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Previous internship or related experience in a manufacturing setup is a plus
