Role & responsibilities

  • Motion Graphics Design: Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations,

and videos for training modules and company presentations.

  • LMS Content Development: Develop engaging training content for the LMS,

focusing on delivering complex information in an easy-to-understand format for SRs.

  • Video Editing: Edit videos and add necessary effects, transitions, and audio to

enhance learning experiences.

  • Graphic Design: Design infographics, icons, and visual elements to be used in

training modules and other digital content.

  • Content Creation in PowerPoint: Ability to create content in PowerPoint before

making videos is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure that

content aligns with training goals and adheres to brand guidelines.

  • Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques,

and tools to continuously enhance the quality of our training content.

Qualifications:


• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Animation,

Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.


• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator,

and Photoshop.


• Basic understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning content creation.


• Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
