Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Trade & Settlement Associate is based in Gurugram, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Trade & Settlement Associate will manage and ensure the timely and accurate settlement of trades, handle trade lifecycle activities, and balance trade discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include evaluating and resolving settlement issues, collaborating with counterparties, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail to support efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in trade lifecycle management, trade processing, and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, settlements, and market operations
  • Competence in problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to liaise effectively with clients and teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and settlement-related reporting processes
  • Proficiency in using trade platforms and financial technology tools
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or operations roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
