Title: Back Office Assistant

Department: General Office

Reports To: CEO/Manager

Summary:

The Computer Operator will provide comprehensive support to Seniors. The role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet surfing, Telephone etiquette and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining supplies.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Support team meetings and events, including logistics and materials.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, and route them appropriately.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

General Support:

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

  • HSC or B. Com

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Fresher / 1-2 years of experience in Computer Operator role.

Attention to detail and accuracy, Positive and professional demeanor, Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
