Senior NetSuite Developer – Business Transformation Team

Clinical Effectiveness (CE), a Division of Wolters Kluwer Health is searching for a strong NetSuite developer to play an important role in our transition to a new consolidated suite of business systems. Reporting to the Enterprise Software Engineering Associate Director, the Senior NetSuite Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing upcoming Business Systems projects for our growing NetSuite organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform the business systems of a leading healthcare information technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and SuiteCommerce Standard web stores.
  • Develop and maintain SuiteCommerce themes, extensions, and SuiteScript.
  • Customize and enhance NetSuite functionalities using SuiteScript.
  • Automate business processes using SuiteFlow.
  • Integrate NetSuite with other systems using RESTlet, SOAP, and other integration methods.
  • Perform data migration and mapping tasks.
  • Configure NetSuite modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite and SuiteCommerce.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite and SuiteCommerce developments and best practices.
  • Support deployment strategies and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements.
  • Provide advanced technical support to resolve user issues.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in implementing SuiteCommerce and building web stores.
  • Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) and SuiteFlow.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular (optional but beneficial).
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles.
  • Experience with integrating NetSuite with other systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Version Control Proficiency: Extensive experience in BitBucket or similar tools.
  • Detailed Documentation: Ability to maintain detailed and useful technical documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong skills in working with various stakeholders.
  • Solves complex technical problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Ability to work within an agile team environment and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support.
  • Collaborate with team members on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations, and implementation.
  • Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Professional curiosity and interest in remaining current with innovations in applicable technology.
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years of NetSuite development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT (CRM/ERP) application developer.
