We are seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Site Engineer to independently execute advanced machinery health assessment services at client locations. The successful candidate will be the technical expert responsible for diagnosing mechanical faults, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring machinery reliability through meticulous vibration analysis and dynamic balancing.
Key Responsibilities
Vibration Analysis & Condition Monitoring
Independently conduct routine and diagnostic vibration analysis (data collection, analysis, and reporting) on a wide variety of industrial rotating machinery, including pumps, motors, fans, blowers, compressors, and turbines.
- Perform advanced fault diagnosis, interpreting data such as FFT spectrums, time waveforms, phase analysis, and Octave Band Analyses to identify faults like unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing defects, and resonance issues.
Implement and manage machinery Condition Monitoring (CM) programs, providing expert analysis on bearing condition, lubrication issues, and structural integrity.
On-Site Dynamic Balancing
Execute high-precision On-Site Dynamic Balancing of rotors, pump impellers, fans, and other rotating components to achieve quality grades (e.g., G1/G2.5), using portable balancing equipment.
Verify and document the successful completion of balancing and alignment activities to ensure compliance with international standards and client specifications.
Reporting and Client Consultation
Prepare clear, concise, and professional technical reports detailing analysis findings, including fault severity, root cause, and prioritized recommendations for corrective maintenance.
- Liaise directly with client maintenance engineers, plant managers, and operations teams to present findings, provide expert technical consultancy, and assist in planning remedial action.
- Maintain accurate records of all analyses performed, ensuring a robust history for long-term condition tracking.
