Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies and ensure delivery of Veeva Vault solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
  • Perform system design, configuration, and environment management.
  • Conduct technical feasibility analysis and support regulatory risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with validation teams for documentation (RAA, RRA).
  • Develop custom workflows, automations, and third-party integrations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Ensure IT security and Data Integrity compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience configuring and customizing Veeva Vault Quality (QMS/Quality Docs).
  • Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault development, workflows, metadata, and security settings.
  • Proven integration skills using APIs (SOAP/REST) with enterprise systems.
  • Technical proficiency in XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript, APIs.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based, GxP-validated systems (SDLC knowledge).
  • Veeva QMS certification (preferred/bonus).
