Neuvo WebTech LLP is looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Mobile Application Developer to join our growing team. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both Android & iOS.
  • Convert Figma UI/UX mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive mobile app screens.
  • Integrate and work with third-party APIs, including but not limited to: NextBillion Maps & Routing API, Google Maps API, Firebase - Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Supabase, Other REST/JSON-based APIs
  • Implement features like: Real-time location tracking, Geofencing, Push notifications, Background services
  • Optimize application performance, usability, responsiveness, and load times.
  • Work closely with the backend team ) to integrate APIs and ensure smooth app-server communication.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to app crashes, API failures, and UI inconsistencies.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and version control using Git.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, packages, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate clearly regarding tasks, deadlines, and technical challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Flutter Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Dart and Flutter's state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
  • Experience publishing apps for both Android and iOS.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON structure, and authentication flows.
  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM).
  • Experience integrating complex APIs such as NextBillion, Maps APIs, or similar.
  • Ability to convert Figma mockups into functional application screens.
  • Experience using Git and branching strategies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with backend-as-a-service platforms.
  • Knowledge of background tasks, battery optimizations, and platform-specific code.
  • Experience working with production-level applications using real-time tracking.
