Position Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content that meets the marketing and communication needs of the company. This role involves working across digital and print platforms, from initial concept to final production-ready files, while strictly adhering to established brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Execution and Production:
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and occasionally packaging or signage.
  • Use industry-standard software (primarily Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create visually appealing and on-brand designs.
  • Prepare and export final design files, ensuring proper technical specifications for both print (e.g., proper bleed, resolution, color profiles) and digital media (e.g., optimized file size, responsive considerations).
  • Perform photo editing, image retouching, color correction, and background cleanup as needed.
  • Collaboration and Project Management:
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and develop creative strategies.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and tracking progress to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Interpret and implement stakeholder feedback and revision requests efficiently, iterating on designs to meet expectations.
  • Brand Adherence and Quality Control:
  • Ensure strict adherence to established brand guidelines, style guides, and design templates to maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all communication channels.
  • Maintain an organized system for digital asset management and file version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: [2-5] years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of print and digital projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) is often a plus.
  • Design Fundamentals:
  • Exceptional understanding of core graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through design.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
