Position: Full-Time Podiatry Clinician / Orthotics & Foot Care Specialist
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time)
Location: CureFoot Podiatry Clinic
Reporting to: Clinic Head / Medical Director

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time clinician to perform foot assessments, design orthotics, manage medical foot conditions, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role also offers opportunities for training interns under clinic protocols.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Treatment
- Perform detailed biomechanical, vascular, neurological, and dermatological foot assessments.
- Diagnose and manage:
- Diabetic foot complications
- Corns & calluses
- Ingrown toenails, fungal nails, nail deformities
- Heel/arch pain, forefoot pain, gait abnormalities
- Provide medical pedicure and skilled debridement procedures.
Orthotics & Prosthetics
- Take 3D scans/impressions/casts for orthotic design.
- Prescribe and modify custom orthotics, insoles, AFOs, and other devices.
- Coordinate with orthotic fabrication teams and ensure quality control.
Preventive & Patient Education
- Guide patients about diabetic foot care, footwear selection, hygiene, and exercise plans.
- Educate about long-term foot-health maintenance.
Documentation & Protocols
- Maintain detailed EMR records and treatment plans.
- Follow clinic SOPs, sterilisation, and infection-control norms.
- Participate in case discussions, audits, and team meetings.
Training & Supervision
- Support in training interns and junior staff as per clinic guidelines.
- Assist in skill development sessions and demonstration-based learning.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree from a Government Medical College in:
- Podiatry
- Orthotics & Prosthetics
- Physiotherapy
- Nursing or related paramedical field with foot-care experience
Experience
- 0–3 years experience in podiatry/orthotics/foot-care (Freshers welcome).
- Interns with strong clinical interest in foot care are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of foot anatomy, biomechanics, and common pathologies.
- Ability to perform nail and skin procedures safely.
- Familiarity with orthotic fabrication workflow (preferred but can be trained).
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced foot-care techniques.
Work Hours & Benefits
