The Role

Own features end-to-end across mobile, web, and backend, from discovery to deploy, working at the frontier of AI-driven product experiences. This isn't a code-monkey role. You'll shape what we build and why we build it, translating real user insights into robust, scalable systems that ship fast and learn even faster.

What You'll Do

  • Build cross-platform experiences with Flutter
    for mobile and
    React
    for web, balancing speed, polish, and maintainability.
  • Design, implement, and document APIs in
    Python
    using
    FastAPI
    and/or
    Django
    , with clean models, clear boundaries, and strong typing.
  • Design agentic workflows using
    LangGraph
    for stateful, long-running AI features.
  • Collaborate in discovery sprints with PMs, designers, and domain experts to turn insights into shippable slices of product.
  • Write pragmatic tests, instrument metrics, and iterate quickly on performance, reliability, and developer ergonomics.
  • Containerize services and automate deploys;
    Kubernetes
    experience is a strong plus for operating at scale.

You're a Great Fit If You

  • Are fluent in Flutter
    and
    React
    for UI, and comfortable in
    Python
    for backend services.
  • Have experience with
    Django
    and/or
    FastAPI
    , and can reason about APIs, validation, and data modeling.
  • Experience with
    Kubernetes
    for orchestration and
    LangGraph
    for agent workflows is a plus.
  • Care about product quality and calm, human experiences - not just code paths.
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments where ideas become prototypes and then production quickly.
