Job Summary:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including reviewing tender documents, evaluating project feasibility, coordinating internal inputs, preparing submissions, and supporting the bidding strategy. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure timely and competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and scope of works.
- Evaluate the feasibility of tender requirements including technical, financial, and qualification criteria.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments (e.g., finance, technical teams) to gather required information for bids.
- Prepare detailed presentations, risk matrices, and reports for management review and decision-making.
- Assist in drafting and compiling tender documents, including compliance checklists and supporting documentation.
- Ensure tender submissions are delivered on time, in full compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and track the status of ongoing bids.
- Conduct post-tender clarifications and negotiations, if required.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and tender opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tendering software/tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement processes and legal/contractual terms.
- Understanding of commercial risk assessment.
- Experience in handling government or private sector tenders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹31,484.40 per month
