We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic BDS graduate to join our team as an Associate Dentist. This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who wants to build a strong clinical foundation, gain hands-on experience, and serve the vibrant community of Borivali.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic dental procedures including oral check-ups, fillings (restorations), scaling (oral prophylaxis), and fluoride applications.
  • Learn to diagnose dental issues and create effective treatment plans for patients.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate digital patient records.
  • Work closely with our dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • A BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognized university.
  • A valid dental license to practice in Maharashtra OR having passed/cleared the DCI licensing exam.
  • No prior experience is required; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
  • A patient-friendly, confident, and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
