Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic
Business Analyst with experience in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) projects
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, with a strong track record in solutioning, proposal writing, and driving AI-driven innovation. You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and AI specialists to deliver impactful, forward-thinking solutions that harness the power of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements, especially related to AI and GenAI use cases.
  • Lead or contribute to the development of
    solution proposals
    , including use-case framing, value articulation, effort estimation, and high-level architecture.
  • Translate business needs into clear objectives, strategic frameworks, and solution methodology.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, gap analyses, and readiness assessments for AI/GenAI implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and developers to design AI-based solutions.
  • Write and present
    business and technical proposals
    for internal and external stakeholders, including RFP/RFI responses when required.
  • Support the development of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilots for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Create wireframes, process models, user journeys, and documentation to support solution design and development.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI/GenAI and recommend innovative approaches to business problems.
  • Promote reusability, scalability, and responsible AI principles in all proposed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Strategy Consultant, with at least
    2+ years working on AI/GenAI projects
    .
  • Demonstrated
    solutioning experience
    – designing and proposing AI-based or data-driven business/technical solutions.
  • Proven expertise in proposal writing, especially for
    AI/technology-led initiatives
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Experience writing use case definitions and process maps.
  • Familiarity with
    AI/ML lifecycle
    , data pipelines, model training/deployment, CRM/ERP processes and MLOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    AI/GenAI platforms
    such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc.
  • Familiarity with
    LLMs, prompt engineering
    , embeddings, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
