Job Description:
The incumbent would be responsible for the following: 1. Achieving Business Result. - Generating revenue through sale of AMCs and providing service thereof - Gathering competitor information and allied industry information on service parameters 2. Development of service network & training of technicians. - Installing, repairing, trouble shooting, ensuring software installation and integration for mechanical locks, electronic locks, kitchen fittings and architectural and glass H/W - Developing service network and key duplicating centers - Providing support during exhibitions, service camps and carpenter club meets 3. Service to retail and institutional customers. - Providing pre-sales and post sales service for all product segments and adjacencies - Carrying out defect analysis and feedback 4. Monitoring and controlling helpline facility. - Implementing web-based call management system at ASP locations and monitoring the customer service request received through helpline, website and resolve escalations. 5. Capability and Competency Development. - Enhancing service capabilities of authorized service dealers and distributors by training technicians, carpenters, front desk and other staff of institutional customers 6. Organizational Imperatives - Adhering to safety protocols, IMS, compliance, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence etc.
