About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer who can craft complete brand identities — from logo and typography to color palettes, social media visuals, and UI/UX design systems.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, understand user experience principles, and be able to build cohesive brand flows that connect design aesthetics with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Develop and execute brand identity systems including logo design, typography, color palette, iconography, and mood boards.
  • Create brand guidelines that maintain design consistency across all platforms.
  • Translate brand strategy into visually appealing concepts and campaigns.

UI/UX Design

  • Design website and app interfaces using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design flow.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Apply user-centric design principles to improve usability and experience.

Social Media & Marketing Collateral

  • Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and digital ad assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in creating design templates for campaigns, emailers, and landing pages.

Conceptualization & Strategy

  • Conduct visual research and trend analysis to create unique and modern brand identities.
  • Develop mood boards and creative direction documents to communicate ideas clearly.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive storytelling flow across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–4 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD (or similar tools).
  • Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive layouts.
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, UI/UX projects, and social media designs.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and creative flair.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹35,592.75 per month
