We are seeking a skilled SMEP Engineer to oversee and coordinate all Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our real estate projects. The role involves working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all SMEP systems are designed, executed, and delivered in line with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory codes.
Key Responsibilities- Review and coordinate SMEP designs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and technical evaluations for SMEP systems.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of SMEP services into overall project execution.
- Oversee site installation, testing, and commissioning of SMEP works.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and statutory approvals.
- Monitor contractor performance, materials, and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot SMEP issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Manage coordination meetings with consultants, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability measures are incorporated into designs and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- Professional certifications in MEP services, project management, or BIM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, fire safety norms, and sustainability standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and relevant SMEP design software.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in SMEP coordination within the real estate or construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Coordinates with: Architects, Structural Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors
Job LocationBased at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Travel to project sites as required.
