What You'll Do
As a Networking and Full Stack Development Engineer, a core role within the Development team, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing software solutions that facilitate optimal onboarding of customers. This role involves building effective scripts to monitor applications and ensuring that all development activities adhere to organizational standards. A strong understanding of customer needs and a focus on continuous improvement are critical to achieve better outcomes. You will work with a team dedicated to ensuring customers are effectively onboarded, involving custom development for solutions that require product extensions, as well as creating tools and dashboards and providing L3 support. You thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with a "take-charge" attitude, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. As a self-sufficient professional, you can work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams across different time zones. You possess strong end-to-end development skills, working on products and end-to-end application engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ programming languages and frameworks: Java, Kotlin, AngularJS, ReactJS, , jQuery, and UI frameworks such as Bootstrap
• Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills related to networking, configurations, and integrations.
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, working closely with Sales, PMs, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or Computer Science.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding in Cisco components like Catalyst, AirOs Meraki is preferable.
• Experience with various databases, including MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and TFS.
• Understanding Python scripting for automation.
• The ability to integrate multiple data sources, databases, and API services, along with experience working with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.
