Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong experience in both manual and automation testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and contributing to the automation framework to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases (manual and automated) based on requirements and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
  • Perform regression, integration, functional, and API testing.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early in the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects in tools such as JIRA or similar.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production issues and collaborate in bug fixing.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate test documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in QA, with a solid mix of manual and automation testing.
  • Proficient in writing test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and other automation tools.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
