We are seeking a
Senior .NET Developer
to lead our development team, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for learning, adopting new technologies, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development team to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
  2. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery.
  3. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members to foster their growth and maintain coding standards.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  5. Oversee the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
  7. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to integrate innovative solutions into development practices.
  8. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.
  9. Manage task assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team meets project milestones.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  3. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  4. Proficiency in web development frameworks like MVC, JavaScript, and front-end libraries.
  5. Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and database management (SQL Server, etc.).
  6. Proven experience in leading teams and managing client communications.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  9. A passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving technical and leadership skills.
