Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and selection to onboarding — while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Identify potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HR database.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to broader HR and talent engagement projects.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education or service sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with major sourcing tools and job platforms (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
