Job Title: Dietician / Nutritionist

Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized diet plans based on individual health conditions and wellness goals.
  • Provide dietary advice related to weight management, lifestyle diseases (diabetes, hypertension, obesity), digestive issues, etc.
  • Collaborate with Ayurveda Doctors, Homeopaths, and other wellness experts to ensure integrated care.
  • Ensure all menu items from our cafe meet high nutritional standards while appealing to customers' taste and health preferences.
  • Regularly analyze food ingredients, nutritional content, and calorie counts.
  • Collaborate with the café kitchen team to optimize recipes for health and flavor.
  • Educate café customers on healthy food choices and their benefits.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in dietetics, nutrition, and organic foods.
  • Maintain accurate records of client consultations and dietary plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Food Science from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness cafés or health-focused food services is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of organic foods, millet-based diets, and therapeutic nutrition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
