With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, we are expanding our technical team and seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our large-scale developments.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer with extensive exposure to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems in high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising MEP installations to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery with adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

• Review and coordinate MEP system designs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) in alignment with architectural and structural plans.
• Evaluate and approve design drawings, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and structural engineers to ensure integrated MEP systems.

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Supervise MEP works at site and ensure execution as per approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively resolve any site issues related to MEP installations.
• Inspect installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

• Liaise with MEP subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and work execution.
• Review and validate work progress, measurements, and bills from MEP contractors.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all MEP works meet required safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies or non-compliance.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation including as-built drawings, test reports, and operation manuals.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for internal teams and management.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in MEP works, with experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including:
• HVAC: Centralized systems, VRV/VRF, ducting, ventilation
• Electrical: LT/HT systems, DBs, panels, lighting, earthing, power distribution
• Plumbing: Water supply, drainage, STP, pumps
• Fire Fighting: Sprinkler systems, hydrants, smoke detection, fire pumps
• Ability to read and interpret MEP design drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Certifications: Preference for candidates with certifications in MEP systems, green building (LEED/IGBC), or safety compliance.
