Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning Tasks: Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, floors, and equipment. This includes mopping, scrubbing, and removing grease and residue.
- Sanitation: Ensure that all kitchen areas comply with health and safety regulations by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Waste Management: Remove trash from all containers and dispose of it properly, ensuring that garbage bags are replaced and bins are cleaned.
- Supportive Functions: Assist with unexpected spills or special cleaning requests as directed by supervisors.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular checks to ensure that the kitchen remains clean and organized throughout the day.
