Job Description:

  • Assist in drafting and editing content material such as authored articles, blogs, press releases, and corporate announcements.
  • Create engaging and consistent content for internal and external communication channels
  • Support the PR team in preparing media kits, fact sheets, and backgrounders.
  • Develop written material aligned with the organization's brand tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Research industry trends, company updates, and competitor communication to support content strategy.
  • Write, edit, and update website content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
  • Help draft quotes and scripts for corporate leaders and spokespersons.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive communication output.
  • Assist in proofreading, fact-checking, and maintaining content accuracy across all platforms.
  • Support event communication and media coordination efforts when required.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of communication materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field. A final year candidate would be preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of PR principles and corporate communication practices.
  • Excellent research and storytelling abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and social media communication is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
