Job Title:

Developer – Python / React (Azure Cloud Platform)

The platform will include:

· Web front-end (Angular or React)

· Backend API layer (Django / )

· Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server

· Azure Cognitive Search and AI integration

· / Metabase-based dashboards

The application will be hosted entirely on
Microsoft Azure
(App Service based, no VM infrastructure).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web application using React (or Angular) and Python (Django REST Framework preferred).
  • Build REST APIs connecting to Azure Database for PostgreSQL and Azure Cognitive Search.
  • Integrate Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4 Turbo API) for automated data enrichment and validation.
  • Develop and embed dashboards using / ApexCharts / Metabase for live data visualization.
  • Handle CRUD operations, fuzzy search, attribute validation, and duplicate detection logic.
  • Implement secure authentication / authorization (Azure AD preferred).
  • Connect with Azure Blob Storage and Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer) for vendor PDF processing.
  • Collaborate with Azure Cloud Engineer on deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code with version control (GitHub / Azure Repos).

  • Prior work on engineering data / product catalog applications

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development
  • Demonstrated deployment on Azure App Service or other cloud PaaS preferred
