Builddrite Studio Pvt Ltd is a design-centric construction company delivering premium residential and commercial projects with 100% transparency and quality. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a skilled Draughtsman who can handle both architectural and interior drawings.

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for preparing construction drawings (civil/structural) as well as interior execution drawings (furniture layouts, ceiling, electrical, joinery). This is a hybrid role, ideal for someone who has worked in a design-build environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft floor plans, elevations, and sections for residential/commercial projects.
  • Prepare structural coordination drawings (columns, beams, footing layouts).
  • Work on interior 2D drawings – furniture layouts, false ceiling, electrical, tiling, joinery details.
  • Support municipal/approval drawings as per Chennai/DTCP/CMDA standards.
  • Incorporate design markups from architects/interior designers quickly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with site engineers to provide updated drawings for execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Draughtsman.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Exposure to interior detailing (wardrobes, kitchens, furniture layouts).
  • Knowledge of approval drawings and construction drawings.
  • Ability to take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp/Revit (added advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines.
